I owe some plays. I will confess I didn't finish loading all of the February plays. Will do. Meanwhile, have been very busy rehearsing Dinner at Home between Deaths at Odyssey Theatre in Los Angeles. This is a world premiere so the rehearsal process has brought many discoveries and generated rewrites. It has been an interesting process because some of the rewrites are right for the play and some will be unique to this production. I like responding to actors in this way and finding what will work for them. We're mid week three at this point which means we will be in tech in nanoseconds. This is scary, but I know all will come together. We have amazing designers, engaged actors and a stellar director in Stuart Ross. Other than the traffic, which truth be told, is getting to me, I am digging it here. Living mostly with my dear brother-in-law Bob in Seal Beach and sometimes with friends in the Valley. Seeing friends and theater. Catching some good meals in between rehearsal fasting. Ha! Looking forward to France coming out Tuesday for opening.
